PSYNTH3 REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS — PADDLE PURCHASES

Scope and seller
This notice concerns a one-time PSynth3 purchase through Paddle. The transaction seller is the Paddle entity named at payment and in the purchase confirmation. HRL supplies the instrument, license and support. Separately identified historical offers have their own store's terms.

Payment refunds and customer rights
We apply the buyer's applicable rights and the Paddle policy applicable at the time of the transaction. These rules do not restrict statutory complaint rights or consumer protection. Using a PS3R code is not, by itself, our grounds for refusing a product complaint. Information and required confirmations concerning withdrawal and delivery of digital content must be presented at purchase. These conditions await final verification of the actual checkout.

Where to report a problem
Report instrument problems to contact@homerecordslabel.com, providing a description, software version and transaction reference. Do not send login codes, full card details or a password. HRL's first response is provided by the next business day at the latest. Paddle handles payment refunds; use the support link in the purchase confirmation or the Paddle portal. For an unresolved product problem, also provide Paddle with the problem description and HRL's response.

Effect of a confirmed refund
A confirmed full refund or confirmed reversal of the entire payment revokes the corresponding entitlement. Partial refunds, tax-only refunds and reversed chargebacks require individual handling and do not automatically revoke or restore the entire license. An offline computer receives a new signed license status during supported communication or import. This does not immediately disable it without a connection. You may submit a disputed refusal of assignment or activation for human review.
