HOME RECORDS LABEL ACCOUNT AND DISTRIBUTION TERMS
1. Scope of the service
The account is shared by the Home Records Label website panel, HRL Center and PSynth3. It provides a product library, assignment of purchases or prizes, and management of entitlements. Individual applications may have separate sessions while using the same account ID and product register. The account and HRL Center are free. Product use is governed by the applicable product licenses, including the separate PSynth3 EULA. PSynth and PSynth2 remain free and do not require activation.
2. Registration and access
Creating an account requires your own email address, acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you can access the mailbox. The agreement for the free account is concluded for an indefinite period when the account is created. The documents are available before registration and can be saved. Login is passwordless, using an eight-digit code valid for 10 minutes, with limits on attempts. The message may be prepared in the selected interface language. Enter the code in the panel that requested the message; it is separate from the PS3R product code. HRL support does not ask for your login code. Without choosing to remember the session, an HRL session lasts no more than 8 hours; after deliberately choosing “Remember me”, no more than 30 days. Refreshing it does not extend that limit. An older session may require a new code. Logging out affects the selected session and need not log you out of other applications. During a network failure, it removes local access; an unconfirmed server session remains limited by its expiry. An account does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Before the joint release, access is limited to invited people.
3. Requirements, security and installation
Center requires a supported 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 system, access to your mailbox and an HTTPS connection. The website panel requires a current browser and the necessary account session. Release documentation states the requirements for PSynth3 and compatible DAWs. A connection is needed for login, downloads and server operations. Before installing, updating or changing an activation, close your DAW and back up your projects and presets. In the first stage, a license saved by Center is read after the plugin is reopened. Use official packages. Unlawful content, impersonation and security violations are prohibited. Proportionate limits on attempts protect accounts and availability. Installers and updates are launched following a user action.
4. Purchases and product assignment
For a PSynth3 offer identified as handled by Paddle, the transaction seller is the relevant Paddle entity named at checkout and in the confirmation. HRL supplies the product, its license and instrument support. The price, currency, applicable taxes, offer contents and terms are presented before payment. Separately identified historical offers retain their own store and terms. After payment is confirmed, we prepare the entitlement and a purchase email with a single-use PS3R code. The delivery target is 15 minutes; a failure may require a retry and support assistance, without paying again. The first response to a support request is provided by the next business day at the latest. Assigning a code while logged in establishes one owner account; the payment email address does not replace this operation. A retry by that owner does not create a second purchase, and another person cannot take over a used code. An unassigned ordinary code can be given as a gift. Prizes have a normal license by default; any special restrictions, including NFR, must be stated before the competition. Transferring an assigned license requires a separate, controlled support procedure; it is not an automatic account feature.
5. License, computers, trial and offline use
A standard one-time PSynth3 purchase provides a perpetual license for one user, including when a company pays for the purchase, on no more than three of that user's active computers. Three activations do not mean three independent users. Commercial music production is permitted in accordance with the EULA and the rights in any materials used. Product assignment and computer activation are separate; later activations use the account's entitlement instead of reusing the purchase code. PSynth3 saves a signed license tied to a random installation ID. A valid full perpetual license works offline and does not require Center to remain open or an account session to exist. Logging out does not revoke ownership, deactivate the computer or remove the instrument, projects or presets. The trial lasts 14 × 24 hours from its deliberate start, without an automatic charge. A DAW scanning the instrument does not start it. After deliberately choosing to try it, the plugin panel may start or recover the trial following login; logging in on the website alone does not start it. Recovering the trial does not move its expiry. The EULA describes audio behavior after expiry.
6. Refunds, complaints and customer rights
We apply the buyer's applicable rights and the Paddle policy applicable to the transaction at the time of purchase. HRL handles instrument complaints, while Paddle handles payments and refunds. A request should include a description, version and transaction reference, without login codes. Using a code is not, by itself, our grounds for refusing a product complaint. Withdrawal conditions for digital content and delivery before the statutory period ends must be properly presented and confirmed at purchase. A confirmed full refund or confirmed reversal of the entire payment revokes the corresponding entitlement. Partial refunds, tax-only refunds and reversed chargebacks require individual handling and do not automatically revoke or restore the entire license. An offline computer receives a new signed status during supported communication or import; this does not immediately disable it without a connection. A disputed refusal of activation or assignment may be submitted for human review. These terms do not restrict statutory rights concerning conformity, complaints and consumer protection. We handle matters within the periods required by applicable law.
7. Account deletion and purchase recovery
You may terminate the account agreement by deleting the account in the website panel or Center, or by sending HRL a request. The panel operation requires confirmation of its effects and a login no more than 10 minutes old. If the associated purchase handling cannot be safely completed, deletion is not performed; you can try later or contact support. Deletion closes sessions and self-service access to the library assigned to the old ID, including new activations or account-based management. It does not uninstall products, delete your own files, constitute a refund, or remove rights arising from a purchase or a valid installed perpetual license. A used code does not return to the pool. A new account with the same address has a new ID and does not automatically recover the library. Support provides controlled purchase recovery after deletion or loss of mailbox access, following verification of the transaction and proportionate evidence of entitlement, while preserving history and device limits. The support form does not automatically transfer a license. We explain these effects and contact options before deletion. Purchase data may have separate purposes and retention periods described in the privacy notice.
8. Maintenance, availability and changes
Bug and security fixes for the purchased generation are free. We provide at least 24 months of maintenance from purchase, without prejudice to further legal obligations. New major generations may be paid, with an upgrade offer for existing customers. When planning to end activation support, we prepare a way to continue using and recovering licenses, including after changing computers. Failures may temporarily affect account access, downloads, codes and server operations; they do not, by themselves, change a valid local perpetual license. Access may be proportionately restricted to protect security or investigate a material violation, with an opportunity to contact us and explain the matter. We will present material changes before they take effect, together with the reason, timing and any required action. We preserve document history and previous acceptances. We do not retrospectively change the terms of completed purchases. Polish law does not exclude applicable consumer protection in the consumer's country; remedies and court jurisdiction remain governed by applicable law.
9. Service provider and contact
The account service provider is Piotr Jaczewski, operating the sole proprietorship Nuera – Piotr Jaczewski, ul. Januszowicka 13/12, 53-135 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8942771960, EU VAT PL8942771960. Contact: contact@homerecordslabel.com.
